- One account per user is allowed. Should you create more accounts to, among other things, unlawfully exploit bonuses or conduct fraudulent or dishonest activities, we will have the right to suspend or close all accounts.
Responsible Use & Excluded Territories
- Access to WinBuzz may be limited based on your location and local regulations. If you are residing in an unauthorized jurisdiction or are using a VPN or otherwise falsely stating your residence to meet our guidelines, you will be violating these Terms and the Company may terminate your account.
- We promote and support responsible gaming. Users can create limits for deposits and bets and self-exclude if necessary.
Deposits, Wagering & Withdrawals
- Deposits are accepted at the Company’s discretion. We have the right to hold or reject deposits for any reason. We may refuse and/or delay a deposit while we investigate any suspicious activity.
- Withdrawals must undergo identity verification (KYC). All withdrawals are subject to minimum/maximum amount limits, associated processing times, and applicable fees that may be applicable to the withdrawal at the discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request while we investigate breaches or fraud alleged concerning your account.
- Bets are final once a confirmation number has been supplied to you. Bets may not be changed.
Bonuses & Promotions

- Only wagers using cash balance count as eligible until you use any bonus balance.
User Conduct & Prohibited Use
You agree that you may not:

- Collude and/or cooperate with other users for the purpose of manipulating the outcome of Gaming.

KYC, AML & Fraud Prevention
- In relation to crime against money laundering and for other legal reasons, we thus reserve the right-but not the obligation-to request from the users, where applicable, proper documentation with respect to the account, proof of identity, address, source of funds, and anything else we consider necessary.
- Using a third-party account or illicitly gained funds to gamble and/or game will result in the immediate confiscation of any monies in consideration and/or suspension of your account.
- During any investigative process, deposits, withdrawals, or gaming may be suspended until clearance is granted from all investigators involved.

Intellectual Property & License
- All Content, graphics, trademarks, software, and branding on WinBuzz are either owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
- You are given a limited, nonexclusive license to use the platform only for personal, lawful betting purposes.
Third-Party Services & Links
WinBuzz may link to certain external sites or services that are not operated or controlled by us. We do not assume any responsibility or liability for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website and you do so at your own risk.
Amendments & Updates
