Account Closure
You can choose to close your WinBuzz account permanently at any time. Whether you have lost interest in gambling or just want a fresh start, we respect your choice.
To close your account, please contact us at support@winbuzz.com. After your account is closed, you will no longer have access to:
- Log in to your account
- Receive promotional information
- Access any future offers or bonuses
Reactivating an Account
If you have closed your account or if you have finished a period of self-exclusion, you can request for your account to be reactivated by emailing support@winbuzz.com. There will be a 24-hour cooling off period, but WinBuzz reserves the right to decide on reactivation and/or closing an account if gambling can be seen as unsafe for the individual.
